WayPoint Travel will obtain quotes for as little as 1 room, however we get better rates when requesting 10 or more rooms.

WayPoint Travel will take requests for group reservations, sending out proposals to multiple hotels that match your budget, star rating range, and concessions. Each hotel will respond with a bid including their group rates, policies and availability. WayPoint Travel will provide you with available hotel bids. We will then finalize all the details regarding your group reservation with a hotel contract. Some contracts will be signed by WayPoint Travel and some by groups, depending on attrition.

Attrition: The percentage of contracted rooms that must be filled in order to avoid paying a penalty

WayPoint Travel will provide you with a link and/or access code, to either call into the hotel or book on-line.
